Within the Process Industry (Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Petrochemical etc. sectors) the P&ID abbreviation is commonly used to describe the process of equipment, piping and all monitoring and control components. They describe what they do in the Automation, System and Instrumentation, Pipe and Other Instrumentation drawing (P & ID). P & ID drawings "show the interconnection of the process equipment and the instrumentation used to control it".
Description & Objectives:
Your project; can be defined as making surveys to draw 2D layout, PFD and P&IDs that require the scale production of the existing production process and instrumentation system, and then to make technical office drawing services:
In this type of operation, starting from tanker / truck loading / unloading station, stock tanks, including filling, pipelines, all fluid consumption lines, steam lines, hydraulic pipelines, fire lines, hydrofoil plumbing, starting from the mains gas, burner, various compressors, air (P & ID) and process flow diagrams (PFD) for the main products, up to the production lines and to the loading depot, and to perform the scaled drawing engineering of the two-dimensional layout plan.
If there is a coding system currently used, there is a mutual agreement on the coding system to be created.
Stage 1; the process of production and filling units of the plant that has been banned in such similar works; The existing static and dynamic process equipments and components (major equipments such as filling and discharging, tank, reactor, mixer, conveyor and pump), piping, field instrumentation and control system of the unit can be used for 2D Layout, PFD and P & taking precise vector measurements of the assets of the secondary elements (valves, actuators, transmitter, gaging and notification elements, equipment and instrument locations and all instruments and central control units that are displayed with the 3D Laser Scanner simultaneously, taking pictures of the plant in video format and interpreting the work flows) (This is the process called 'Fieldwork'.)

2nd Stage; The received digital information is transferred to the workstations and the raw data obtained is interpreted and converted into a valuable data set. If necessary, a 3-dimensional mathematical model is also generated to complete the definition of the whole operation. (This process is referred to as 'Post Proccessing'.)
3.Etap; Scaled 2D Layout and PFD and P & ID drawings are developed and completed by delivering a team of specialists for all P & ID drawings. All related equipments, instruments, etc. workflows are prepared according to field notes and created mathematical model.
4.ETAP; The 'check-in' process is completed and all deliveries are carried out in the form of 'as built' in order to correct the acceptance and acceptance of the employer, if any, in the drafts.
Software Used for P&ID:
Autodesk P&ID is software provided by Autodesk® for the identification, modification and management of existing pipelines and fittings. It is built on top of the world's best selling and used Autocad® software. With the ability to simplify reporting, editing, modifying and sharing, designing and projecting design information for your pipeline and armatures, you now have the convenience of being both on the control side and on the change side as well as on the repair and maintenance side. You can also quickly and easily determine the start and end dates of your projects, as well as respond quickly to change requests for production lines or streams that need to be re-arranged for your on-premises projects.

The first step in PFD and P&ID services is documentation with field facts. As a reliable method, documenting of every detail found on the field with a 3D Laser Scanner, will be a fact of what has been done at the plant's life cycle, and those are not the desired designs to be done in the field, as the final state of drawings.
The international standard to be used for drawings is ISO 10628.

The standard that can be used as an attachment for drawings is ISO 14617. Electrical and automation markings are made according to this standard. The graphics to be used are also compatible with ISA Standard S5.1 and BS EN 62424.
